Due to the exponential increase in tourism and climbing real estate market values, outdated local commerce has taken a severe downturn. We’ve designed a Citizenship Project that seeks to overcome gentrification, helping business-owners through the modernization and rehabilitation of their stores and educating them on customer-relations, window-dressing??, among others.
In order to do so we’ve partnered up with Escola de Turismo e Hotelaria de Lisboa and the SOMMA collective. We’ll intervene by making a development offer that will include remodeling of selected stores, “rebranding”, supporting the development of an online presence and adjusting other aspects of the businesses.
