7th Edition Lisbonweek
Lisbonweek returns to the city of Lisbon next May, with programming every weekend. This year all eyes are on Marvila where Lisbonweek will celebrate its 10th Anniversary.
The start will be May 1st, Labor Day, symbolic date for the 7th edition of LW where “Work” will be the main theme. Marvila, an industrial district, of iron and barrels, of wine and markets, will talk about its origins.
What was Marvila 100 years ago, what it is today.
From the 1st you can follow the 7 audio guides of the LW22, and discover marvila with complete freedom where each person can discover some of the most emblematic places in the parish through QR codes in the marked places.
The Historical Route - From Marvila factory to Marvila das Artes and the Mitra Palace
The discovery of Marvila's heritage was once again designed by our historian Pedro Sequeira, who will tour places such as the Fábrica do Braço de Prata, the Páteo Marialva, and the magnificent Palácio da Mitra on guided tours for groups of 25 people. book HERE
The Path of the Arts
In addition to discovering the heritage of Marvila, there will also be an art journey created by the curator Filipa Oliveira, which will have two dimensions:
on the one hand, to know the results of the LW residency and the works of the 6 young artists of the Open Call, as well as "Meet the artist" in local galleries such as Francisco Fino or Bruno Murias.

The Talks
During two weekends at LW’22, two conferences will be held: one on work and the other on architecture and cities.
Finally, there will be a closing party at Fábrica Bram de Prata, which will host a lisbonweek 10th anniversary show and DJ's Xique-xique and Ohxala.
